Our subscriptions are recurring and are billed automatically every month or every other week until you request a cancellation, which you can do at any time without penalty.

We use a new pricing strategy that better aligns our goals with that of our customers. The new model properly rewards productive, efficient workflows, and minimizes drawn-out timelines and bloat. It is our belief that the hourly approach improperly rewards monetary gain for longer timelines and less efficient workflows.

We recommend that you pick a plan based on deadline dates if you only need a couple of designs. For instance, if your deadlines for two designs fall in the same month, you’ll need to pick the premiere plan. If however, your deadlines for two designs fall in two different months, you can pick the pro plan. A website fulfills one or more design requests depending on how many pages are required to be designed. So for instance, one website with one page equals one design request, whereby one website with two pages equals two design requests. In the case of the website, if there are more than 5 pages, you’ll need to pick our unlimited plan.

You will submit requests using an online form. The form will automatically sync to our project management app, notifying us of your request.

These are the native application files that are used or compiled to create the final deliverable for the project, and otherwise, make modifications to the artwork or designs. For instance, if we’re developing a brochure, your final deliverable would likely consist of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop files.

A design request can contain multiple subtasks. A common way to understand the difference is to think of the end product. For example, if the end product is a webpage there will be multiple subtasks involved in the completion of the webpage, potentially including use case scenarios, wireframing, design, and review. Similarly, if the project is to create a marketing campaign that contains an integrated plan, each deliverable represents a design request.

Yes. The biweekly plan is billed in two payments, one every other week until canceled. The biweekly plan is simply an easier way to afford our services by splitting the payment into two separate chunks, thereby more closely resembling the typical biweekly pay periods found within salaried employment.

Our basic turnaround time is 3-5 business days, contingent on the type of design request. All design requests will be marked with a turnaround time once submitted into our queue. Other projects may take longer depending on the scope of work.

Yes, we offer discounts on our pricing. These are fairly infrequent, so should you find our pricing discounted it is advised to move forward if you’re on the fence about a purchase decision. The discounts will remain on your recurring billing dependent upon their terms and conditions. If you’re a repeat customer, ask about our returning customer discount.

The premier plan is designed for small businesses that have the volume to justify an in-house resource. It is also designed for businesses looking for one-off support for motion graphics or video projects. These projects are typically costly and time-consuming to produce.
